Terms of Service

By using PIera Labs services you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

PIera Labs provides IT consulting, software development and DevOps services. Each engagement is defined by a separate agreement or quote.

2. Payment

Payment is made according to the agreed quote. Monthly services are billed in advance. Late payment may result in service suspension.

3. Intellectual Property

Code and solutions created for the client become the client's property after full payment. PIera Labs retains the right to use general solutions and knowledge gained during the project.

4. Liability

PIera Labs is not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
