Refund Policy

1. One-time services

Services are billed according to the agreed quote. For consulting packages and one-time services, a refund is possible within 14 days of payment if work has not started. Once work begins, refunds are not available.

2. Monthly maintenance services

Monthly maintenance and monitoring services can be cancelled at any time in writing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for already billed periods.

3. Software development

For software development projects, refunds are defined by contract. Generally, completed work is billed and refunds are not available for finished project phases.

4. How to request a refund

Contact us at support@pieralabs.com with your quote or invoice number and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
