Refund Policy

1. One-time services

For consulting packages and one-time services, a refund is possible within 14 days of payment if work has not started. Once work begins, refunds are not available.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for already billed periods.

3. Software development

For software development projects, refunds are defined by contract. Generally, completed work is billed and refunds are not available for finished project phases.
